One of the key pillars of my coaching practice is working with clients on mindset. This means things like self compassion, gratitude and showing ourselves grace.
For many people (myself included) one of the most effective ways to increase a mindfulness practice is by journaling. So I thought it would be helpful if I share with you my top five journaling prompts I send to clients.

Even if you have never journaled before, I challenge you to pick one of these prompts, carve out 10min in your day, and write down whatever comes up!
