One of my favorite parts about client work is having a front row seat to seeing someone’s day to day quality of life improve. This can range from clients experiencing better sleep to less bloating, improved digestion to glowing skin, or more energy to less anxiety.
One of the ways we achieve long term, sustainable success is by going slowly with small changes. I don’t like to shake up anything too quickly, but rather figure out small healthy habits we can stack on top of each other. At the end of a 3month coaching container, these tiny healthy habits now create a new normal for clients – a new way of showing up, nourishing their body, honoring their boundaries, and being more intuitive with dietary and lifestyle choices.
The word sustainable is a big focus of my coaching practice. I want clients to be able to succeed on their own after working together, with only low touch on going support as needed. Time and time again I see this happening by going slowly, adding more than you remove, and layering healthy habits on top of each other.
